Cook manicotti noodles till almost completely done. Drain and rinse in cold water. See notes below for chicken - shred cooked chicken. In a Large mixing bowl add chicken, 32 ounces of pasta sauce, shredded mozzarella, parmesan cheese. Mix eggs and pepper in separate bowl with cottage cheese. Add to large mixing bowl. Mix well.
With a small spoon fill each manicotti noodle and place in a 12 x 9 baking pan. Add rest of pasta sauce to remaining mixture in large bowl and pour/spoon over the top of manicotti noodles.
Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes till bubbly. The rest of the sauce should cover all the noodles so not to burn.
