Original recipe yields 1 serving
6 cup fresh broccoli florets
1/2 cup Miracle Whip Light Dressing
1/2 cup Breakstone’s Low Fat Sour Cream
3 Tbsp white vinegar
2 Tbsp Splenda Granulated (or favorite sweetener to taste)
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup Golden Raisins
7 slices Oscar Mayer Cooked Bacon, crumbled
1 cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese (not fancy)
1/4 cup Planters Sunflower Kernels

Let's Make It
Put broccoli in large mixing bowl. For dressing: In smaller bowl combine Miracle Whip, sour cream, vinegar, and Splenda. Mix well.
To the broccoli add dressing, onion and raisins. Gently toss ingredients until well coated. Do not over mix or broccoli will break apart.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until ready to serve. Just before serving, add bacon, cheese and sunflower kernels toss gently again. Transfer to serving bowl and serve.
