Original recipe yields 1 serving
1/2 lb ground beef
1 pkg TACO BELL Taco Seasoning
1 can black beans, drained
1 can TACO BELL Fat Free Refried Beans
2 cups cooked rice
1 jar TACO BELL Salsa, divided
2 cups KRAFT shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
Tortilla chips
BREAKSTONE Sour Cream
Shredded lettuce

Brown ground beef in skillet, drain, and add taco seasoning, 1/4 cup water, and black beans. Let simmer for 3-5 min. Set aside.

In a 9x13" baking dish, spread the refried beans. Mix the cooked rice with 1/2 jar of salsa and spread over the beans. Add the beef mixture. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese. Sprinkle chopped pepper and onion on top. Add the rest of the jar of salsa and top with remaining cheese.

Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 25 min. Remove foil and bake 5 min more. Serve with tortilla chips, sour cream and lettuce.
