1 jar (6 1/2 ounce) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (can use plain canned artichokes)
1 medium tomato, seeds removed and diced (optional)
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese or parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
2 garlic cloves, crushed (can use less if desired)
5 tablespoons mayonnaise
