4 chicken breasts, cubed
Oil
3 cups chicken broth
1 bunch broccoli, cut in pieces
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp garlic
3 Tbsp flour
1 cup cold water

Let's Make It

Cook chicken in slight amount of oil. Simmer for 30 minutes in chicken broth.

Add broccoli, soy sauce, and garlic, and simmer until broccoli is crisp tender.

Mix flour with water and add to mixture to thicken. Stir until thickened. Serve over white rice with chow mein noodles.
