2 lb lean ground beef
1 lb Velveeta Cheese, cubed
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 cans (10 3/4 ounces each) tomato soup
2 tsp chili powder
1 chopped jalapeno pepper (optional)
A dash of oregano, cumin and garlic powder

Brown ground beef and drain. Add beef to heated slow cooker and add water to moisten slightly.

Mix in cheese and melt with meat. Gradually mix in onion soup mix, tomato soup and other ingredients. Simmer and stir often to thoroughly mix.

Cover and let cook overnight on low for best flavor.
