2 lb oxtail
2 lb stew meat
1 whole cabbage, chopped
4 carrots, chopped
3 zucchinis, diced
1 lb green beans
3 cloves garlic
1 whole tomato
3 corns, chopped in half
5 potatoes, chopped in half
1 whole cilantro, chopped

In a big stock pot put the meat to cook with enough water to cover and salt. Cook for 3 to 4 hours until almost done. Next chop cabbage and steam in different pan.

After about 4 hours put in all vegatables in stock pot. Cook for another hour and then at the last 15 mintues put in cilantro and serve.
