Original recipe yields 1 serving
4 large cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp five spice powder
8 green onions thinly sliced
1/2 cup brown sugar
8 Tbsp hoisin sauce (I use 2 and add as needed)
2 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp minced fresh ginger
2 tsp salt
6-8 lb pork spareribs cut apart into ribs

Let's Make It

Combine first 8 ingredients to make marinade. Sprinkle ribs with salt and toss ribs with marinade in large bowl until well coated.

Place ribs in large metal roasting pan - sprayed with nonstick spray. Cover with foil and vent.

Bake 350°F for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Uncover and turn over during last 20 min or so.
