1 white cake mix
4 eggs
1 stick butter, softened
1 box powdered sugar
1 block (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

Let's Make It

Blend together cake mix, 2 eggs & softened butter. Spread in 9 x 13 pan.

In separate bowl, cream together remaining ingredients. Pour on top of cake mixture.

Bake at 325°F for 35 - 45 minutes (ovens vary). Cake should be lightly browned on top.
