2 pounds fresh asparagus, tough ends removed
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp sea salt (or other coarse salt)
2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
Shaved parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Wash asparagus, drain. Place in 9x13 pan.

Drizzle oil over spears; sprinkle with salt and garlic. Squeeze the juice of the lemon over the asparagus.

Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until desired crispness is reached. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
