6 chicken breasts, skinned
Your Favorite Italian Dressing
1 1/2 cups corn flake crumbs
1 1/2 cups Italian flavored bread crumbs
Italian Seasonings
1 jar Marsala cooking sauce
Shaved parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare large baking dish with olive oil spray. Rinse chicken breasts and put in large plastic container. Pour enough Italian Dressing over breasts to cover. Refrigerate about 1 hour.

Combine corn flake and seasoned bread crumbs. Dredge chicken breasts in crumb mixture, and place in baking pan. Sprinkle with Italian Seasonings.

Bake approximately 40 minutes. Remove from oven and add Marsala cooking sauce to pan (do not pour over chicken); return to oven and cook 10-15 more minutes, or until done. Sprinkle shaved parmesan cheese on top of each chicken breast and serve immediately.
