Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 cup heavy cream (or 1/2 cup mayonnaise & 1/2 cup milk)
2 beaten eggs
1 Tbsp cornstarch
6 oz pieces of ham
8 oz shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup chopped onions
Salt & pepper
1 10- in ch raw pie shell

Blend cream, eggs and cornstarch until smooth. Add ham, cheese, onion, salt and pepper. Mix to distribute evenly.

Pour into pie shell.

Bake on a cookie sheet in a 400ºF oven for 10-15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350ºF and bake 25 minutes more or until knife comes out clean. Lets cool for a few minutes and then cut and serve.
