Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 chuck roast
3 short ribs or 1 beef soup bone
2 large cans crushed tomatoes
2-3 Tbsp beef paste
Water
1 large box cooked macaroni
Salt & pepper to taste

Let's Make It

In large kettle, cover chuck roast and bones with the crushed tomatoes, beef paste and enough water to cover.

Bring to boil and simmer for 2-2 1/2 hours.

Remove bones and chuck roast. Shred roast and return to pan; add macaroni and simmer for another 30-60 minutes. Great with crackers.
