Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 and 1/2 tablespoons flour
1/3 cup milk
1 egg
1 can (8 oz. or more) creamed style corn
1 teaspoon margarine
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon sugar (may use sugar substitute i.e., Splenda or Equal)
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a medium sized bowl, combine flour, milk and egg and mix until smooth. Add creamed corn, margarine, cinnamon, sugar, salt and mix until blended.

Pour into greased baking dish. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top.

Bake for 1/2 hour covered in 375 degrees F oven, then uncover and bake for 1/2 hour on 350 degrees F until firm.
