Original recipe yields 1 serving
1/2 lb bacon, chopped
1/2 onion, diced
1 tsp garlic minced
1 1/2 lb chicken breast cut into 1/2-inch pieces
Seasoning salt
1 lb shrimp raw peeled and cut in half
1 jar (16 oz.) Alfredo sauce
1 cup milk
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
8 oz penne pasta or bow tie, cook as directed on pkg.
Fresh parmesan cheese, shredded

Fry chopped bacon till crisp. Add onion and garlic cook till onion translucent. Remove from pan. Leave some bacon grease in pan and fry chicken. Season with seasoning salt and pepper to taste. Remove from pan. Rinse raw shrimp, peel and cut in 1/2. Place in hot pan with bacon grease -- cooks fast (about 1 min).

Combine bacon, chicken, and shrimp and stir together. Add jar of Alfredo sauce. Put 1-cup of milk in jar, rinse, and put into mixture. Add grated parmesan cheese. Simmer for about 5 min.

Add pasta and garnish with shredded parmesan.
