1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker pie shell

In a medium size glass bowl with wire whisk, mix the lemon pudding mix with the condensed sweeten milk and 1 and 1/2 cups of water for about two to four minutes until pudding is just starting to thicken. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and put in refrigerator for one hour.
In a separate small glass bowl mix softened pack of cream cheese (can place in microwave for 15 to 30 seconds to soften). Take pudding out of refrigerator and using your electric mixer, mix the pudding and cream cheese for about two minutes.
Pour the mixture into the graham cracker pie shell. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
