Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 head cabbage
1 lb ground chuck
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 large can diced tomatoes (with juice)
1 can Ro*Tel (with juice)
1 cup uncooked white rice
1 cup KRAFT grated Romano cheese
Salt and pepper
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 small can tomato sauce
Butter
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Garlic salt

1. Cut core out of cabbage. Boil (tearing leaves off as it softens). Mix all other ingredients except tomato sauce, butter, oil and garlic salt.

2. Wrap meat mixture with cabbage leaves and place seam-down in Pyrex dish. Top with tomato sauce, a few butter pads and oil. Sprinkle with garlic salt.

3. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350°F.
