Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 package s Ramen Noodles (fish or chicken flavor)
1 medium onion, chopped
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp cooking oil
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips or chunks (or substitute: shrimp)
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1-2 Tbsp KRAFT Creamy Horseradish
1 Tbsp fresh or powdered ginger

Prepare Ramen Noodles as directed, but use only one flavor packet (to reduce sodium). Set aside.

Sautee onion and garlic in a skillet with oil. Add chicken and cook until almost done, then add frozen veggies, horseradish, ginger, and noodles.

Toss together and heat through, and serve. (OR) Place noodles on a serving dish and spoon skillet contents over noodles.
