Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 tub e (12 oz) sausage - or 1 pound
2 Tbsp flour
2 cups milk
Black or red pepper -season to taste
4-6 biscuits

In a large skillet cook sausage. Set sausage aside and leave grease in pan.

Add flour one Tbsp. at a time stirring constantly. Cook about 1-2 minutes. Slowly add in milk, stirring constantly. Bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer about 2 minutes.

Add back in your sausage. Season to taste. Pour over biscuits.
