3 cups shredded chicken
1 cup celery
1 cup Franks Red Hot
1 cup bleu cheese
1 cup shredded cheese
8 oz cream cheese

Let's Make It
Prepare chicken, I boil it on the stove or you can use can chicken. Chop up into small pieces (I use the chopper on this). Dice celery into small pieces and combine celery (I use a chopper to make fine pieces) and Franks Hot Sauce on stove and simmer until celery is tender.
While your celery is simmering, combine bleu cheese, shredded cheese, cream cheese and 3 C of chicken. Mix together as best as you can. Once your celery is done simmering and is tender, pour in to the bowl with the other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Put in the oven at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes and you are good to go. Dip with tortilla chips.
