1. Turn skillet on to medium heat and add oil. While the skillet is heating up, cut chicken into bit sized pieces. Add chicken to oil and cook until the chicken is white. Drain oil if needed. Add salsa to the chicken and stir. Reduce heat to low and simmer for a few minutes.
2. Scoop a handful of cheese into the tortilla. Add chicken and salsa mixture on top of the cheese. Wrap the tortilla shell tucking one side under the other and place the tortilla face down in a baking pan. Fill the rest of the tortillas the same way. Cover with foil.
3. Place in oven at 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.
