12 large sized mushrooms (about 1 & 1/2 to 2 inches across)
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 Tbsp softened margarine or butter
1/2 cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese (mild or sharp), divided
1/8 tsp each, salt & white pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1+ cup milk or evaporated milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Clean and de-stem whole mushrooms. Place mushrooms in baking dish top side down so empty cavities are on top.
Mix sour cream, cream cheese, butter, 1/2 of shredded cheese, spices and mix well. Fill the mushrooms caps with mixture and top with remaining cheese. Pour milk into baking dish until it comes up to almost mid-way of mushroom caps.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes uncovered. Mushrooms will start to soften when done. With large spoon/spatula lift out mushrooms and place on serving dish/platter.
