Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 slices 40 calorie wheat bread
1 tsp butter
1 Tbsp reduced-fat creamy peanut butter
2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp semi-sweet chocolate mini-chips
1 large strawberry, thinly sliced
1/2 banana, cut lengthwise into 3 slices
1 Tbsp pineapple jam (no sugar added)

Spread one side of each bread slice with 1/2 tsp. butter.

Combine peanut butter and honey; spread on one side of 1 bread slice. Sprinkle with chocolate mini-chips; top evenly with strawberry and banana slices.

Spread pineapple jam over plain side of remaining bread slice. Carefully assemble sandwich.

Heat a small nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add sandwich, and cook 2 minutes per side until lightly browned.
