Cut chicken into chunks. Heat skillet to medium heat and cook chicken until browned. At the same time cook broccoli and rice according to package instructions. Mix chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup and half-and-half; set aside.
Once ingredients are cooked layer rice, chicken and broccoli into 13x9 Pyrex dish. Pour soup mixture over and top with cheese.
Bake in 375 degrees F oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
