Let's Make It
Put waxed paper or parchment paper on cookie sheet. Using a 1 tablespoon ice cream scoop, scoop cream cheese onto paper and stick sucker stick in cream cheese.
Put in freezer for 15 minutes till hard.
Melt chocolate and dip frozen cream cheese balls into melted chocolate. Put back in freezer until ready to serve. May dip chocolate balls into nuts or any other toppings before freezing. Take out 1-2 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
