Combine the oats and water and microwave for 3 minuets, or until cooked.
Combine all other dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mix well. Add the cooked oatmeal and mix well.
Spoon batter by 1/3 cupfuls on hot greased skillet, once batter is poured sprinkle blueberries on top. Cook about 3-5 minutes, or until pancake holds together while trying to flip. Cook another 3 minutes or until done.
