1 (10") tortilla - favorite variety (I love whole wheat or spinach)
2 Tbsp vegetable cream cheese
6 slices deli shaved turkey
1 strip avocado OR 2 Tbsp. guacamole
1 strip red bell pepper

Let's Make It
On a clean surface or dinner plate lay out your tortilla. Spread cream cheese evenly over the entire tortilla. Lay out the turkey slices overlapping over the cream cheese so that they cover the whole tortilla also.
Spoon avocado into one strip down the center of the tortilla and lay the pepper strip also down the center of the tortilla. Use more or less avocado and pepper depending on how you like your wrap.
Roll tightly from the edge so that the avocado and pepper runs the length of your roll. Cut in half and serve.
