Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 lb lean ground turkey
1 yellow onion
1 bell pepper (optional)
Oil or butter
1 can (8 oz.) corn
1 can (8 oz.) black beans
1 can (8 oz.) pinto beans
1 can (8 oz.) diced tomatoes
1 can (8 oz.) water
1 can Ro*Tel (hot or medium)
1 packet dry taco seasoning
1 packet Kraft Dry Ranch Dressing
Breakstone's or Knudsen Sour Cream (to put on after it's cooked)
Taco chips
Kraft Shredded Cheese (any kind you prefer)

In a large pot saute/cook ground turkey until completely cooked (no need to drain, there is not fat).

In the meanwhile, saute your onion and bell pepper in a little oil or butter. Add all of the cans of veggies, onion/peppers and the can of water to the cooked turkey. Add the taco seasoning and ranch dressing. Stir often.

Bring to a boil and then let simmer for 45 minutes. Add sour cream, taco chips, and shredded cheese to serve.
