2 cans (6 oz.) salmon
1 lg can cream of mushroom soup
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1/2 lg onion, diced
1/2 bag frozen peas
8 oz Monterey jack cheese, divided
1/2 cup bread crumbs

Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Mix all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese and bread crumbs.

Place in 9x13 pan. Top with remaining cheese and bread crumbs.
