2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can broccoli-cheese soup
1 cup chicken broth
2 Tbsp dried parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
Pepper to taste
1 cup uncooked rice

Place everything except for the rice into the crock-pot.

Cook on low 3-4 hours until the chicken is done and no longer pink in the center.

Add the cup of rice. Cook on low for 2 more hours or until the rice is done. Serve immediately with a few sprinkles of dried parsley on top as a garnish.
