Mix together red pepper, jalapeno, scallions, celery, water chestnuts, lemon juice, cilantro, sesame seeds, and salt and pepper.

Flake tuna to your liking, chunky or fine, and toss with veggies. Add dressing and toss till all is coated.

Serve on salad greens with noodles and almonds, and additional dressing if desired.
