Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Season, flour, and fry the pork chops.
In a casserole dish, layer half of the: fried pork chops, potatoes, onions, mushrooms, garlic, salt and pepper. After the first layer is complete, add 1 jar of gravy. Complete the second layer as directed before. Pour the broth into the casserole dish.
Bake for up to 45 minutes or until the potatoes are done.
