2 units ramen noodles
1 cups almonds
3 units green onions
0.25 cups rice vinegar
0.5 cups vegetable oil
1 tablespoons poppy seed
1 cups sugar
1 units chow mein noodles

Put cabbage in bowl, heated water, and noodles (just to soften); drain. Save seasoning for dressing. Toast almonds, chop onions; add both to slaw.

Heat rice vinegar, noodle packets, oil, poppy seed, and sugar. Pour over cabbage; refrigerate.

Just before serving, add the Chow Mein Noodle.
