2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed into very small pieces
1 medium onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 small can mushroom pieces (optional)
1 Tbsp parsley
1 cup Breakstone's or Knudsen Sour Cream
1 can Ro*Tel diced tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pack spaghetti, broken in half, boiled
2 1/2 cups Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Let's Make It
On medium heat in a skillet brown chicken, onions, bell pepper, mushrooms and seasoning in butter until chicken is cooked and onions are soft. Add sour cream, stir well. Add Ro*Tel tomatoes, stir well. Add cream of mushroom soup, mix all well.
Grease a glass 9x13-inch dish. Add boiled noodles, then add the chicken mixture, stir well until it is evenly mixed. Top with Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees F until cheese is completely melted, approximately 15 minutes.
