Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 frozen pie crusts, thawed
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp McCormick’s hamburger seasoning
1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 large can cream of mushroom soup
1 bag (8 cups) shredded cheddar cheese
1 can French fried onions

Let's Make It
Set out pie crusts first and let thaw. In a skillet, crumble ground beef; add onions, green pepper and seasoning. Brown and cook onions and peppers till tender, drain off grease and remove from heat.
Unwrap cream cheese and place in bowl. Put into microwave, (about 3 to 5 minutes) until softened. Stir well and add to ground beef mixture. Add mushroom soup and cheddar cheese; mix well. Spoon into pie crusts and top with French fried onions.
Place pies on cookie sheet and bake at 325°F until crust is golden brown about 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
