Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 tsp salt, divided
1 1/2 cups long grain rice
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 cut up skinless chicken, approx. 3 lb.
3 large tomatoes, chopped (3 cups)
1 cube chicken bouillon
1 tsp ground sage
1/2 tsp whole thyme
2-5 Tbsp Louisiana hot sauce
1/4 cup Kraft Parmesan Cheese

Let's Make It

Boil 3 cups water. Add 1/2 tsp. salt, and long grain rice. Stir, cover, simmer and cook for 20 min.

Brown cut up chicken in olive oil. Cover chicken with the chopped tomatoes. Add 1-2 cups water, 1 cube chicken bouillon, 1/2 tsp. salt, sage, thyme, and Louisiana hot sauce. Cover and simmer 20 min.

Add the cooked rice. Sprinkle with the Kraft Parmesan Cheese. Stir and serve.
