Blend cheese with hamburger relish, Worcestershire sauce, salt and garlic salt; stir in ground beef to make a soft mixture. Shape into 60 tiny balls. Roll each biscuit into a 3-inch round; cut each into 3 strips.
Place a meatball on each biscuit strip; fold ends, overlapping over meat; moisten with water and press to seal. Place seam side down in a large shallow baking pan or cookie sheet.
Bake in 375 degrees F oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve hot.
