Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 package medium egg noodles, cooked per directions
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup Italian-Style Bread Crumbs
1 can (10.5 oz.) Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can (10.5 oz.) Campbell's Cream of Celery Soup
1 cup milk
1 can (15 oz.) Libby's Veg-All, drain -- but add liquid to boiling noodles for more flavor!
1/4 teaspoon celery-seed (optional for even more flavor)
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
cans 2 to 3 tuna, drained (and/or use oil to lightly grease casserole pan instead of using Pam Cooking Spray)

Boil noodles per directions. While noodles are boiling, in medium pan, saute onions in butter. Add bread-crumbs, stir and let cool.

After noodles are cooked, add all other ingredients, stir and pour into casserole pan lightly greased with Pam Cooking Spray (or oil from the tuna). Top with bread crumb/onion mix.

Bake at 375°F for 20 - 30 minutes. Let cool for about 5 minutes before serving with biscuits, French bread or garlic toast.
