Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 boxes Jiffy Muffin Mix
1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
2 cans whole kernel corn
1 can cream corn
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted, divided
1 1/2 cups honey, divided

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, mix together first 4 ingredients and 1 stick of butter and 1 cup of honey.

Pour into a greased 9 x 13 glass dish. Cook uncovered for 45 minutes (or until cornbread pulls from sides of dish).

Remove from oven and poke cornbread all over with a fork and baste the top with remaining 1/2 stick melted butter and 1/2 cup honey. Serve warm.
