2 large eggs
2 cups self rising flour
3/4 cup sugar (I use a little less)
1 (4 oz.) cup apple sauce with cinnamon
3/4 cup Craisins
2/3 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray loaf pan. Mash bananas and add eggs-beat well. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.

Pour into loaf pan.
