Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 bag (8 oz.) tortellini, ricotta & spinach
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/2 of 1/2 pint heavy cream
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons flour
Salt, as much as you choose
2/3 cup Chunky Ragu Roasted Red Pepper and Onion Spaghetti Sauce
1/4 cup whole milk
1 bag (8 oz.) KRAFT Mozzarella Cheese

Let's Make It
Boil tortellini as directed. Melt butter in frying pan over medium-high heat until bubbling. Add cream cheese stirring around. Once cream cheese is halfway melted, add heavy cream. Stir together until cream cheese is melted. Add garlic, stir for 2 minutes. Add flour & salt to your taste. Stir until there are no more clumps of flour left. Let sauce bubble in the center, occasionally stirring until thickened. Add Ragu, stir until well blended. Add milk and stir until well blended. Turn off heat, let sit for 2 minutes.
Turn Broiler on. After draining tortellini, add to sauce in frying pan. Stir around gently. Gently, pour tortellini mix to an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 baking dish. Add mozzarella over tortellini.
Place in broiler until mozzarella is melted and a little crispy on top. Serve and enjoy!
