Original recipe yields 1 serving
1/2 lb large shell-shaped pasta
2 ribs celery
1/2 small onion, diced finely
2 Tbsp olive oil
large 2 to 3 boneless chicken breasts, cubed
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can milk
4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
Topping:
1/2 cup corn flake crumbs
2 Tbsp melted butter

Cook pasta and drain. While pasta is cooking, saute celery and onion in olive oil for 3 minutes. Add chicken and brown. Stir in soup, milk, cheese, and cooked pasta.

Pour mixture into a buttered casserole dish. Combine the corn flake crumbs and butter. Sprinkle the casserole with topping.

Broil in oven on high for 2 minutes until topping is crunchy.
