Brown the curst in the oven according to directions. Once the pie crust has been browned, take it out of the oven to cool.
While this is going on, heat the can of chili, and boil the frozen vegetables. Prepare the instant potatoes according to the directions on the box. Drain the mixed vegetables and stir them in with the chili.
Pour the mixture into the pie shell and spread evenly. Top it off with the mashed potato mixture.
