Original recipe yields 1 serving
11-16 pieces legs/thighs chicken
1/3 cup red wine
3 bay leaves
1/4 cup sugar
4 cloves garlic
1/2 large onion, diced
3/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup white vinegar
1/3- 1/2 packet Adobo mix
1/8 cup oyster sauce

Let's Make It

Put all ingredients, except oyster sauce together on High heat- no lid. After 20 min. cooking, add oyster sauce.

Bring heat down to Med-Lo. (Liquid should now be 1/2 of what you started with.) Cover and cook for 30 more minutes. Liquid should look like melted butter.

Serve with white rice.
