2 mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp chopped zucchini
2 Tbsp chopped yellow squash
1 oz chopped meat (Linguica, sausage, pepperoni)
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Spread the salsa on the tortilla.

Layer all the other veggies and meat and top with cheese.

Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes on pizza screen or directly on oven rack (carefully).
