Cook burger in large skillet. While burger is cooking let a crock-pot start heating up; medium to large crock-pot is recommended. Chop Velveeta Mexican Style Cheese into small cubes or slices and add to crock-pot. Pour HOT picante salsa in with the cheese in the crock-pot and stir to melt cheese.
After burger is cooked, pour taco seasoning over burger and add 1 cup water. Let simmer for about a minute or so. Empty seasoned meat into crock-pot with the salsa and cheese.
Put lid on crock-pot and stir every 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted. Dip your tortilla chips and enjoy!
