Preheat oven to 425°F. Brown ground beef in skillet.
Spoon 1 cup sauce onto bottom of a (9x11x2 inch) baking dish. Layer 1/2 of the frozen ravioli on top of sauce. Cover with 1/2 ground beef and then 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese. Cover with 1 cup sauce and repeat layering with pasta and ground beef and top with remaining sauce (be sure the sauce covers ravioli).
Bake, covered, for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese and bake, uncovered, till cheese is browned and bubbly (about 5 minutes). Garnish with parmesan cheese and parsley.
