Original recipe yields 1 serving
1-2 lb chuck roast
2 green or red bell peppers
1-2 onions
1 jar salsa
1-2 pkgs burrito size tortillas

In a slow cooker put the chuck roast, chopped peppers, onions, and salsa.

Either put on low and cook 8 hours or put on high for 4-6 hours, until roast falls apart with fork. Stir to mix well.

Heat tortillas and put 2-4 Tbsp. of meat mixture in tortilla. Add various toppings of choice (i.e., shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream). Wrap it all together in a burrito.
