1 package of fettuccini pasta uncooked
4 andouille links
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1 bag frozen peas
1 tomato
Fresh parmesan cheese

Boil water and cook pasta according to the directions. While the water is getting ready to boil, skin the sausage links and cut into bite size pieces. Add olive oil to a med/hi skillet. Put noodles in boiling water. Brown sausage for 1 minute, add garlic. Cook sausage until no longer pink in the middle. Once the sausage is done, you can drain the fat is there is a lot. If there is not a lot of fat then leave it, it gives great flavor.

Add the frozen peas and chopped tomato skillet. Turn pan down to a simmer and let simmer for about 20 minutes or until the peas are done.

Serve mixture over pasta and top with fresh parmesan.
