Cook chicken breast completely, and then dice it up in small pieces. After diced mix with both cans of cream of chicken soup. Make both boxes of stuffing.
Cover bottom of large rectangle cake pan with cooking spray. Then cover bottom evenly with stuffing leaving about 1 1/2 cups aside. Then put your chicken mix over the top of it and then sprinkle remaining stuffing over the top.
Cook it in the oven on 350°F for 15-30 min until top is slightly browned.
